Find and open a fulfillment order
The Fulfillment Orders list opens with the most recently created orders first. Combine the status chips, the column sort and the search box to get to one order quickly, then open it or go straight to its pick list.
- In the sidebar, open Fulfillment and choose Fulfillment Orders.
- Click a status chip such as Picking to show only orders in that status. Each chip shows a count. Click more chips to combine statuses, or Total to clear the filter.
- Click a column heading such as Company to sort by it. Click it again to reverse the order. Fulfillment Order ID, Sales Order ID, Company, Status, Destination and Created all sort; Items and Actions do not.
- Type a fulfillment order number, sales order number or company name in Search fulfillment orders…. Every word you type must match.
- Click the Fulfillment Order ID to open the order. The open icon in the Actions column does the same.

The chips, the sort and the search are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark a view or share it with a colleague. If nothing matches, the list shows No fulfillment orders found with the hint Try adjusting your search or filter criteria. Scroll down to load more orders.
