The Add Project and Edit Project dialogs share one form in three sections.

A project can move between any two statuses. The list pills, the form and the Status sort all use this order. A project that was created without a status shows a grey Unspecified badge in the list, is counted in Total but matches no pill, and opens the edit dialog with an empty Status field that must be filled before saving.
